Shipping and Delivery Policy

After placing your order with budget blinds direct you will receive an email confirming your purchase from our secure payment gateway eWAY. This email will contain your order details (if you have provided your email address) . Your order should be confirmed within a few minutes after payment is received. Once your order is ready and allocated for dispatch you will be provided with a tacking number. Whilst in transit you may use your tracking number at anytime track the progress of your delivery.

Our readymade blinds range is estimated to be delivered within seven days from time of placing your order. Altering your readymade blind will not affect estimated delivery times. Our custom blinds range take anywhere between nine to twenty eight days to be delivered from time of placing your order. All our estimated time frames begin once full payment has been received by budget blinds direct. Our delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Budget blinds direct strive to meet all delivery timeframes and only use reputable courier companies. In saying this there will be times when estimated delivery times are not in our control. Our customers will be notified via email if there are any delays being experienced in the blinds or products they have purchased. Budget blinds direct will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delays in shipping. Budget blinds Direct will courier your order to the shipping address entered at the time of order. At the time of delivery your package must be signed for; The person who accepts and signs for the delivery is deemed by Budget blinds Direct to be authorized to receive the goods at the shipping address allocated to your order. If a signature cannot be obtained a calling card will be left with details of how to organizing receiving your blinds. If you choose to tick the 'Authorize order to be left without signature' box then neither Budget blinds direct nor the courier company can be held accountable for any goods not received.

Please note that there is a maximum holding time set by the courier company and in the instance that holding time is exceeded then the your order will be returned to budget blinds direct. If this occurs then a re-delivery charge will apply and Budget blinds Direct reserves the right to hold all goods until the redelivery fee is settled in full. In this instance your original delivery charge is non refundable.

If there is a query to your address you will be contacted via email prior to dispatch. Please note that courier companies do not call customers prior to delivery to confirm delivery times despite Budget blinds direct making this request on your behalf.
